We've been in the enterprise cloud services space since the early days of cloud. With deep experience across all three main hyperscalers, our consultative perspective has been honed to deliver a differentiated, product-centered approach to cloud. Principles that guide us on all cloud engagements:

• Hyperscaler companies provide great technology, but lack enterprise consultative experience. While their objective is to increase cloud consumption, ours is to improve a business outcome for you.

• Move & Improve over Lift & Shift. Static data center infrastructure and operations doesn't translate well to cloud. We can and must do better.

• Cloud Platform teams must have a customer-service orientation toward their product teams because products drive business, not isolated infrastructure.

• Operations need to be as dynamic as the cloud. Beyond automation, this mindset requires API-driven, control plane managed cloud operations that improve self-service consumption.

Having quickly adopted Generative AI solutions, both for our customers and our own business, we are excited about opportunities to integrate Gen AI into the cloud management stack. Ideas we would love to partner with you on include:

• Scaling multi-modal, multi-model orchestration with Kubernetes and intelligent operators.
